Common Roles

Tenant Owner

Typically responsible for:

  • Billing and subscription actions
  • High-level account governance
  • Event-level ownership decisions

Event Operations Manager

Typically responsible for:

  • Event setup and module configuration
  • Approvals and workflow oversight
  • Day-to-day operational reporting

Client User

Typically responsible for:

  • Running assigned operations in their groups
  • Managing only the modules granted to them

Team Contact

Typically responsible for:

  • Submitting team member details
  • Completing requests via team portal flows
  • Uploading required forms/documents

How Access Works

Access is controlled by:

  • Group membership (which team a user belongs to)
  • Module assignment (which parts of AccredTix each group can use)

Best practice: create groups around real operational responsibilities, not job titles alone.

Access Setup Best Practices

  • Keep billing permissions limited to account owners
  • Give gate/check-in staff only operational modules they need
  • Review group assignments before every new event
  • Use test accounts when validating permissions
