Troubleshooting

Use this guide to quickly resolve the most common customer issues in AccredTix.

Access and Permission Problems

Symptoms

  • User cannot open an event
  • User sees permission or access errors
  • Menu items are missing

Checks

  • Confirm user is assigned to the event
  • Confirm user is in the correct group
  • Confirm required modules are enabled for that group
  • Confirm the event is active (not archived)

Setup Validation Issues

Symptoms

  • Event creation fails
  • Date ranges are rejected

Checks

  • Confirm all required fields are completed
  • Remove overlapping or invalid date ranges
  • Re-check wizard step data before submitting

Approval and Status Flow Issues

Symptoms

  • Item cannot be approved/rejected
  • Check-in or arrival action is blocked

Checks

  • Confirm current item state (for example, pending vs approved)
  • Confirm prerequisites are completed
  • Refresh filters to ensure you are acting on the intended record

Billing Issues

Symptoms

  • Cannot update payment details
  • Subscription status appears incorrect
  • Invoice list is empty

Checks

  • Confirm you are a billing-authorized owner
  • Verify billing steps were completed in sequence
  • Re-check event subscription status and billing cycle timing
