Creating Your Workspace
Your workspace is your company’s home in AccredTix. All of your events, teams, and people live inside it, and your team signs in at your own workspace address (for example your-company.accredtix.com).
Setting one up takes a few minutes and no credit card.
Before you start
You’ll need:
- Your company name — all your events will be created in this company workspace.
- Access to your email inbox — we send a 6-digit verification code.
- A workspace domain in mind — the address your team will sign in at every day.
Step 1 — Account & company details
Go to the Get Started / registration page and fill in:

| What’s your name? | Your first and last name. You’ll be the workspace owner. |
| What’s your email? | Used for verification and sign-in. |
Tick the Terms of Use and Privacy Notice box, and optionally opt in to product update emails, then press Continue.
Step 2 — Verify your email
We email you a 6-digit verification code (subject: “Complete your AccredTix Setup”).
- Enter the code on the Verify Your Email screen — it submits automatically when all six digits are entered.
- Codes expire after 15 minutes. Use Resend Code if yours has expired or hasn’t arrived.
- Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email within a minute or two.
Step 3 — Workspace domain & password
Set your workspace domain
Choose the address your team will sign in at:
https://your-company.accredtix.comDomain rules:
- Letters, numbers, and hyphens only.
- Must be unique — you’ll see an error if it’s already taken.
- A few names are reserved (e.g.
www,api,admin,support).
Tip: Pick something short and recognisable — you’ll be typing it often, and it appears in emails sent to your teams.
Set your account password
Your password must contain:
- At least 8 characters
- One uppercase letter
- One lowercase letter
- One number
- One special character
The strength meter must show all requirements met before Finish Setup becomes available.
What happens next
When you press Finish Setup:
- Your workspace is created with a 7-day trial of Pro features.
- You’re signed in automatically and taken to Mission Control — your workspace-wide command view.
- Because your workspace has no events yet, you’ll be guided straight into creating your first event.

Signing in later
There are two ways to sign in:
At your workspace address
Go to https://your-company.accredtix.com/login, enter your email, then your password. You can also set up a passkey for one-tap sign-in.
At the central sign-in page
If you work across multiple workspaces (or can’t remember your workspace address), use the central Sign in page on the AccredTix website:
- Enter your account email.
- We email you a 6-digit sign-in code (no password needed).
- After entering the code you’ll see “Where would you like to go?” — a hub listing every workspace, event dashboard, and team portal your email has access to. Pick a destination to jump straight in.
Troubleshooting
- “Invalid or expired verification code.” — Codes last 15 minutes. Press Resend Code and use the newest email.
- Domain not accepted — Remove spaces and special characters; try a variation if the name is taken.
- No sign-in code received — For security we always show the same message whether or not an account exists. Double-check you entered the email address your workspace was registered with.
