What is AccredTix?

AccredTix is a web-based back of house event operations platform designed by the team at The Event Verse  to bring key event data such as accreditation, guestlists, inductions, documentation, artist advancing, access control and operational workflows into one central system.

Initially built for accreditation, AccredTix now supports multiple operational modules that work together to help teams collect, review, approve and manage information across an event. Instead of relying on disconnected spreadsheets, email threads and separate tools, AccredTix gives organisers, suppliers, teams, guests and crew a shared source of truth.

The platform is designed to be flexible. Each event can be configured with its own branding, terminology, workflows, modules and permission structure, so users feel like they are interacting with an event-approved platform rather than a generic third-party system.

AccredTix is built on modern frameworks and delivered through scalable cloud infrastructure, helping the platform remain fast, reliable and responsive during high-demand events.

Whether you are moving from spreadsheets, replacing an existing accreditation provider, or setting up online credentialing for the first time, AccredTix is built to make event data easier to manage, easier to approve and easier to act on.

This knowledgebase will guide you through the main areas of the platform, from initial setup through to day-to-day event delivery.

Users on the Pro Plan can also access Ada, our AI-powered event assistant, for additional support.

Who Is AccredTix For?

AccredTix is built for event organisers, production teams, accreditation teams, suppliers, agencies and operational departments that need to manage people, passes, guestlists, approvals and event data at scale.

It is particularly useful for events where multiple teams need to submit information, request access, manage approvals and collect digital or physical credentials.

This may include festivals, concerts, venues, sporting events, cultural events, conferences, brand activations and large-scale live productions, even your garden party!

Typical AccredTix users include:

  • Event owners and promoters

  • Accreditation managers

  • Production teams

  • Artist liaison and advance teams

  • Supplier and contractor managers

  • Guestlist and ticketing teams

  • Security and access control teams

  • Workforce and staffing teams

  • Client, sponsor and VIP teams

Each user can be given access only to the areas they need, helping keep sensitive information protected while still allowing teams to manage their own data.

Why AccredTix?

Event operations often rely on information moving between many different teams. When that information is spread across various spreadsheets, inboxes, messaging apps and separate systems, it becomes difficult to know which version is correct.

AccredTix helps reduce that headache by centralising your events operational data, approval workflows and access control tools in one place.

Unlike traditional accreditation platforms that can require lengthy onboarding, manual setup or enterprise-level demo calls and contracts before an event can get started, AccredTix is designed to be accessible from day one.

With a free tier and instant signup, you can start building your event, inviting users and managing accreditation without waiting for a sales call or implementation process.

AccredTix Pro also includes an open API, allowing event teams and technology partners to connect AccredTix with other systems used across their operation. This makes it easier to integrate accreditation data with ticketing, access control, staffing, reporting, production systems and other event technology.

A Modular Application

AccredTix is modular, which means each event can use only the tools it needs.

Modules can be enabled or disabled depending on the structure of the event. This allows the platform to support simple events with a small number of users, as well as complex events with multiple departments, suppliers, zones, pass types and approval workflows.

Modules can also be controlled at different levels. For example, an event may enable a module globally, but only make it available to certain groups, teams or users. This helps keep each user’s dashboard focused on the tasks that are relevant to them.

This modular structure allows AccredTix to adapt to the way each event operates, rather than forcing every event into the same workflow.
