Mission Control

Mission Control is your workspace home. It’s where workspace owners and administrators manage everything that sits above individual events: the event list itself, system users, billing, and workspace settings.

Mission Control vs. the event dashboard: Mission Control is workspace-wide. Day-to-day event operations — accreditation, guest lists, check-in — happen inside each event’s own dashboard. Think of Mission Control as the front door and each event as a room.

Who can access it

  • The workspace owner always has access.
  • Any system user who has been granted Mission Control access when they were invited (or later, from their user settings).

Users without Mission Control access sign in directly to the events they’re assigned to.

The Home page

Mission Control opens with “Manage your events and users from here.” and two main areas:

Quick Actions

ActionWhat it does
EventsView all events in your workspace.
New EventLaunch the event creation wizard.
Manage UsersView and manage system users.
Add New UserJump straight to inviting a new user.

Active Events

A card for each Active event you can use, showing the event name, a Pro label where applicable, its status badge, and venue/country. Click a card to open that event’s settings, or use Manage Events for the full list.

If you haven’t created an event yet you’ll see “No active events yet — create an event and activate it to see it here.”

Events

The Events page lists every event in the workspace with its name, venue, date, and status (Draft, Active, or Archived). From each row you can:

  • Open Event — go to the event’s operational dashboard.
  • Edit — open the event’s settings in Mission Control.

You can only open events you’re assigned to, and archived events must be unarchived before their workspace can be opened.

Event settings (from Mission Control)

Opening an event from Mission Control shows its settings tabs:

TabWhat’s there
Event DetailsName, location, timezone, and core event info.
UsersWhich system users are assigned to this event.
Roles & PermissionsGranular per-module roles for this event.
ModulesEnable or disable modules for this event.
Event BrandingLogos, colours, and backgrounds for event-facing pages.
Pro / Go ProThe event’s Pro subscription.

Use the Open Event button in the header at any time to jump into the event’s operational dashboard.

System Users

The Users page manages the people who administer your workspace and events (distinct from teams, crew, and guests, which live inside events).

  • Click New User to open the Add New User dialog: first name, last name, email address, an optional Mission Control access toggle (“Allows this user to open Mission Control and manage system users”), and checkboxes for which events they can access.
  • The user list shows each person’s name, email, and joined date, with badges for Owner, Mission Control, and Suspended where relevant.

New users receive an invitation email and can secure their account with a passkey when they accept.

Account area (owners)

Workspace owners also see an Account group in the sidebar:

  • Billing — per-event Pro subscriptions, the Stripe billing portal, and invoice history.
  • Settings — workspace branding (name, logos, login background), your workspace domain, and ownership transfer.
  • API — personal access tokens, integration keys, and webhooks.

Switching between contexts

The event switcher at the top of the sidebar shows Mission Control when you’re at workspace level. Use it to jump between Mission Control and any event you have access to — or use the central sign-in hub (“Where would you like to go?”) when signing in, which lists every Mission Control, event dashboard, and team portal your email can access.
